If you are over 18 years old, residing in Denmark, and a member of the Danish health care insurance Sygeforsikringen “danmark“, you can have reimbursements for some of your dental treatment expenses. However, the size of the reimbursements and the treatments which can be reimbursed depend on the group of which you are a member.
If you are not residing in Denmark, you cannot be a member of the association Sygeforsikringen “danmark”, and thus, your dentalcare/treatments cannot be reimbursed.

Whether you are a member of the health insurance or not, the invoice must be paid at the clinic just after your treatment. The reimbursement from Sygeforsikringen “danmark” is paid on your personal bank account Nem Konto (i.e. Easy Account) when your dental treatment has been registered.
You must make an appointment in order to receive dental care/treatment at one of our clinics – you can call and make an appointment here. We offer all kinds of dental treatment at our clinics.
In the event of acute toothache, you must call us. We always endeavour to make an appointment on the same day as you contact us – however, we cannot guarantee that. Outside our normal opening hours, we refer to the dental emergency service Tandlægevagten
If you cannot keep your appointment, it is very important that you cancel your appointment as soon as possible. If we have not received your cancellation in time, we may send you an absence invoice.
