Practical information as a new patient

How can I pay for my treatment at Godt Smil?

We kindly ask you to pay in cash or by debit card after each treatment.

You can pay with the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card and Maestro.


When should I cancel my appointment if I can’t make it?

If you – for some reason – can’t make your appointment, it’s okay.

You just have to cancel at least 2 hours before (and preferably the day before, so we can give the appointment to somebody else).

What happens if I don’t cancel in time?

If you do not cancel your appointment at least two hours in advance, the clinic will send a no-show fee, as the time could have been given to another patient.

What happens during your first visit to the clinic?

When you arrive at the clinic, please check in by scanning your health insurance card or by speaking to the receptionist.

When it’s your turn, your dentist, dental hygienist, or a dental assistant will take you to your treatment.
