Practical information as a new patient

How can I pay for my treatment at Godt Smil?

We ask you to pay in cash or by debit card after each treatment.

You can pay with the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card & Maestro.

When should I cancel my appointment?

If you – for some reason – can’t make your appointment, it’s okay. You just have to cancel at least 2 hours before (and preferably the day before, so we can give the appointment to somebody else) – call us on this number to cancel og re-schedule:

What happens if I do not cancel in time?

If we don’t receive your cancellation in time, the clinic will send a bill of absence – because we could have helped another of our patients.

Online booking and my side

Select which Godt Smil clinic you are affiliated with below. You will then be asked to enter your civil registration number. Now you can order a booking code and be ready to log in and make an appointment for your next dental examination.

How is the reception at the clinic?

When you arrive at the clinic, please either go to the reception or scan your health insurance card.

In the waiting room you will find the daily newspaper and various magazines. If you like coffee, tea or hot chocolate, this can also be enjoyed while you wait.

When it’s your turn, you will be picked up by your dentist, your dental hygienist or a clinic assistant.
